2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes is conducted in recurring drawing periods. The current drawing period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on October 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the current Promotion Period will not carry over to future drawings unless expressly stated on this page.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, owners, agents, and immediate family members or household members of Sponsor, any participating businesses featured in Sweepstakes content, advertising or promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the administration of this Sweepstakes are not eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, visit this page and complete the entry form with the required information. Limit one (1) online entry per person and per email address per Promotion Period. Entries generated by script, bot, or any automated means are void.

5. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (FREE MAIL-IN)

To enter without using the online form, hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: 12239 NW 35th St, Coral Springs, FL 33065, Attn: Ross Pools Lucky Duck Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2026 and received by November 1, 2026 prior to the drawing. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Promotion Period. Online and mail-in entries have an equal chance of winning.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner per Promotion Period will receive gift cards to Easy Meats in Boca Raton, Florida with a combined approximate retail value ("ARV") of $600, consisting of one (1) $500 gift card and one (1) bonus $100 gift card. Prize is non-transferable; no substitution or cash redemption except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as required by law. Gift card use is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION

On or about November 1, 2026, Sponsor or its designated administrator will select one (1) potential winner and up to three (3) alternate potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone using the contact information submitted with the entry, and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first attempted notification. The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and complete an eligibility and publicity/liability release where lawful. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or fails to complete required documents, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor will never ask a winner to pay any fee or provide financial account information to claim a prize.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, submitted false information, used bots or scripts, violated these Official Rules, or acted in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair its integrity, and to award the prize from eligible entries received prior to such action.

11. RELEASE

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, any participating businesses featured in Sweepstakes content, each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use winner's first name, last initial, city, likeness, voice, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at rossservicesforu.com/privacy-policy and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes. Marketing consent, if offered, is optional and not required to enter or win.

14. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually and exclusively in a state or federal court located in Broward County, Florida, under Florida law, without resort to any form of class action.

16. WINNER LIST

For the name of a drawing period's winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 12239 NW 35th St, Coral Springs, FL 33065 to be received within 60 days after the applicable drawing date, or follow Sponsor's Facebook or Instagram pages, where each drawing's winner is announced after confirmation.
